Lawyer of the Court of Rome, associate of Studio Giuliano and Di Gravio, he gained a Master’s degree (level II) in “Company Law” in the University “Roma Tre”, Rome, and has attended specialist courses in Company Crises.
He has gained specific and significant experience in the area of International Fiscal Planning and is a fiscal and commercial adviser for foreign companies.
He has worked as a trustee in bankruptcy, and he assists clients of the firm with bankruptcy, business reorganizations and restructures, with detailed attention to the aspects of accounts and taxes.
He is a legal adviser for primary credit institutions, as well as public agencies, assisting them in the ‘extrajudicial’ legal phase.

Graduate in Economics , she is business adviser, and associate of Studio Giuliano and Gravio. She received a Master’s degree (level II), specialising in “Company Law” from University “Roma Tre”, Rome, and is specialized in business management of enterprise crisis.
She also earned a Master’s degree in “Management Marketing” from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University, Rome, and is in charge of both the department of marketing and communication and international client referral, at Studio Giuliano and Di Gravio.
She has provided advise for numerous societies in their ‘start-up’ phase, and their insertion into new markets.
She a is credit broker, published journalist, as well as director of “Opinioni E Confronti”, a quarterly review of Economy and Law, present also online.
